Here are five exercises or yoga poses that you can do in just five minutes to help start your day on a positive and energetic note:

Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar): Sun Salutation is a sequence of 12 yoga postures that are usually performed in the morning to awaken the body and energize the mind. It involves a series of forward and backward bends, and it also stretches and strengthens the muscles in your entire body.

Jumping Jacks: Jumping jacks are a simple and effective way to get your heart rate up and boost your energy levels. Stand with your feet together and your arms at your sides. Jump your feet out to the sides as you raise your arms above your head. Then jump back to the starting position.

Mountain Pose (Tadasana): Mountain Pose is a simple standing posture that helps improve posture and focus. Stand with your feet hip-width apart, your arms at your sides, and your shoulders relaxed. Focus on grounding down through your feet and standing tall.

Chair Pose (Utkatasana): Chair Pose is a yoga pose that strengthens the legs, hips, and core muscles. Stand with your feet hip-width apart, and lower your hips as if you are sitting back into an imaginary chair. Raise your arms above your head and hold the pose for a few breaths.

High Knees: High knees are a great way to get your heart rate up and warm up your leg muscles. Stand with your feet hip-width apart, and lift one knee up towards your chest. Lower it back down and repeat with the other leg. Continue alternating legs as quickly as you can for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
